This is probably a bit late as my birthday was a fair while ago XD But I would love to talk about it as it was the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! Only downside, one is now inevitably one year older~ But noone has to know how old
So to begin with, the plan was to go Ipswich and spend the day shopping and maybe go have some dinner in the evening...Or that was what I thought...
I opened my card from Oliver that morning. I knew I had to be up early as I was told we were on a schedule. And there under the card, Oliver was holding Phantom of the Opera tickets!!!! No word of a lie, I screamed the kitchen down~
So we got the train from town station to Liverpool Street. The show didn't start until 19:30 so we had time to shop around out favourite place. I went to Paperchase and Primark on Totenham Court Road. It was my first time in a Primark and I thought to myself, "Why don't we have one where I live!? I need this shop in my life!"
Many pretty things were bought and a plan to go back for a shopping spree were planned...
Next we went to Forbidden Planet... I discovered their PORTAL SECTION!!!!! I honestly have never fangirled as much in my life before this magical Isle. I could have bought the lot, but I only came away with long fall boot socks. I'm thinking about doing another Portal Gijinka because of it.
Turret? Companion cube? Who knows what I will do
There were many other places we visited. Including the Japanese Purikura booth in Charing Cross. Before the show we went to a restaurant in China Town and ate so much, we had to get it boxed up to take away.
So that was breakfast sorted! We then went to her Royal Majesty's Theater where The Phantom of the Opera was performing. I honestly have to say it was the most breathtaking experience in my life. Everything about it was perfect and I couldn't have been more thankful for this wonderful gift.
A big thank you to my partner for making me so complete & happy!
I'm just left with the thought now...How the hell am I going to top this?! XD
